We can arrange the incorporation of offshore companies either in the desired name or purchased off the shelf from agents.  Most of our offshore companies are incorporated in the British Virgin Islands which require a minimum of 1 director and 1 shareholder.  Companies can be formed in any desired offshore jurisdiction.

 

After suitable due diligence, we may consider providing nominee shareholders and/or directors in appropriate cases.

 

Where we administer the company, we require our company secretary to be appointed as secretary of the company to attend to routine secretarial matters.  Under those circumstances, we may offer our office address as a correspondence address of the company.

 

British Virgin Islands companies do not need to keep books of accounts or appoint auditors, although it is recommended that records of transactions are maintained for business purposes.
