We establish trusts governed by Hong Kong law or the law of any other Common Law jurisdiction.  The more popular trusts are discretionary settlements which we can establish to clients’ requirements.  These can be established either with or without a protector/appointor.  After suitable due diligence, we may consider providing a trustee and/or protector in appropriate cases.

 

Apart from discretionary settlements, we may establish educational trusts and family trusts.
