Under a straightforward application in Hong Kong, where no objections are raised by the Registry or third parties, the Registry would issue the registration certificate approximately 6 months after the filing of the application whereas in PRC, the Trademarks Office normally takes 1 year to do so.  However, an application to European countries can be made with one application and the time taken to complete an application in all European Union countries can take about a year.
